61 BASEBALL STARS (SNK, 1989/1999)
The cult favourite from the Nintendo Entertainment System and original Neo Geo eras now comes to the Neo Geo Pocket while keeping all the deep game play that made it so popular like trading, create a player, names, and more. The game is not as easy to play as the NES games thanks to some slow game play here but the graphics and sounds were still above average.

71 BIOMOTOR UNITRON (SNK, 1999)Here is the Neo Geo Pocket's first RPG and to my surprise it's not too bad either. In this game you control a special customizable robot called Unitron. You can either compete in various tournaments or explore dungeons to find cash and upgrades to get even better parts. The main problem here is all the confusing Unitron part set ups (what do these drill arms do?) and the game's semi random dungeons are also frustrating. Biomotor is still a very addictive game with tons of custom options for your machines.

89 CARD FIGHTERS CLASH: Capcom Edition (SNK/Capcom, 2000)Although this game has a fairly high learning curve, Card Fighters is definitely worth the effort. This Card game rules because there are a possible 300 cards to win, find, and trade for plus there are 7 different locations to visit each with players ready to take you on. The graphics and sounds are are not too hot but with game play this addictive Card Fighters game is a must for Neo Geo PC owners.

68 COTTON FANTASTIC NIGHT DREAMS (Success, 2000)
The legendary Japanese shooter finally comes back in English form! The problem is it's on the NGPC though but that should please a few of you, eh? If you are new to this series it features an small witch and her hot bikini wearing fairy friend as they blast away anything that moves. In this fun game you are in search for mystic Willows to save the fairy world but all you want to do is eat them. The story is pretty dumb and it's kind of easy as well but it's still fairly fun to play.

70 CRUSH ROLLER (SNK, 1999)
This is a surprisingly good Pac Man style game and my copy even came with analog 4 way circles for better control around corners. In the game you must paint all of the ground area to complete the stage but be careful of the roaming monsters. Crush Roller is a little on the short side and the game is obviously geared towards a younger audience thanks to it's lack of challenge but at least there are multiple paths to take so there is replay value here.

67 EVOLUTION (Sting, 2000)
This is very similar to the original Sega Dreamcast version except for the more 2D graphics of course. In this game you control a bunch of wacky kids (and a butler) on a mission for lost treasure. Like most Role Playing Games you can gain experience and talk to villagers to learn more about the story just like most games of the genre but unlike other games the dungeons in the game are different each time you visit them. The randomly genenated dungeons here are not as fun to play as fixed ones found in more popular Role Playing Games like Final Fantasy but I guess it adds to the replay value. The story isn't very compelling and the graphics stink as well but if you are dying for a RPG for the NGPC then you don't really have too many options, eh? This was a United Kingdom only release plus it was released close to the Neo Geo PC's demise, so it's fairly difficult to find.

50 FATAL FURY: Full Contact (SNK, 1999)
One of SNK's most famous and longest running one on one fighting series comes to the NGPC but sadly, it's average in every way with only a few playable characters from past editions making a appearance here. The game has good controls so performing special moves is easy and the characters may be super deformed (big heads, little bodies) but are well animated. The problem is this game does nothing new and gamers are better off getting the superior Capcom Vs. SNK MOTM game. Why are there so many fighting games on this system I wonder?

65 GALS FIGHTERS (SNK, 2000)
Gals Fighters here is yet another fun but simple fighter featuring but now it only has females warriors from many other SNK fighting games out there. The girls can also use items that can be used from time to time to add some depth to the fighting genre but it still feels a lot like other games on the NGPC out there so this isn't a must have.

60 KING OF FIGHTERS R-2 (SNK, 1999)
It's OK game, but MOTM is way better than this tag team fighting title. In this title here fighters like Kyo, Terry Bogard, Leon, and many more brawlers fight it out on three on three team battles. King of Fighters R2 is fun to play but the roster on the light side especially compared to the Neo Geo originals.

MATCH OF THE MILLENNIUM: SNK vs. CAPCOM (SNK, 1999)This game is packed with 18 fighters (plus some hidden) from both Capcom and SNK games and tons of simple but fun mini games too. I don't know if I like the whole super-deformed look, even if the animation is pretty good. MOTM is a amazing fighter that comes packed with some exclusive special features.

66 METAL SLUG 1st MISSION (SNK, 1999)
Here is a good Contra-like shoot them up here with clever anime style graphics and lots of action. In the game you control a lone soldier trying to rescue hostages behind enemy lines. You can pick up some cool weapons like heavy machine guns and the graphics here are good for NGPC game too. The only problem with the first MS is it doesn't have the cool extras that the second one had which is rated below.

METAL SLUG 2nd MISSION
(SNK, 2000)Here another great NGPC action game with lots to do and lots to see (and shoot). Now you have the option to pick from either a man or women this time and each character as a different set of weapons and story lines. There is some showdown issues here and there but it's no biggie. This is the only platform shooter that dares challenges Contra's legacy and it has already beaten the Playstation Contras.

60 PAC MAN (SNK/Namco, 1999)The 1980's legend that took the video game industry to a whole new level comes to a Neo Geo game system for the very first time! Sure, it's cool for Namco to lend their legendary mascot to the then new Neo Geo Pocket Color but can a game that's over 20 years old now still hold up in the this generation? I would have liked some more stuff especially with the power of this little 16-bit portable unit. Neo Geo Pac Man comes with almost no bonus extras or even a save feature either unfortunately even though most Neo Geo Pocket games have that ability. I would have loved for the system to save my high scores so I could show my friends my high score and maybe they would like to try and beat it or something but no dice. Good for practicing for the real arcade game and the Neo Geo's LSD screen seems to be perfectly sized for Pac Man too. Good if you get it cheap for 10 dollars but not for much more than that.

79 PUZZLE LINK 2 (SNK, 2000)
Here is an awesome puzzle game where you link items of the same colour to help clear the board and you can even collect several collector cards too for fun. Puzzle Link 2 is a easy to learn and addictive game that only seems to be on the Neo Geo Pocket.

80 PUYO POP (Sega/Compile, 1999)
This has always been a fun puzzle game and now it is on the Neo Geo PC. If you don't know the popular Japanese games then maybe you remember games like Dr. Robotnik's mean bean or Kirby's Avalanche? The game play involves matching falling blobs in the right colour and make them pop. Puyo Pop isn't much to look at but the game has tons of modes to play and the game is fun for gamers of all ages.

85 SONIC POCKET ADVENTURE (Sega/SNK, December 1999)
Whoa! How the hell did SNK get Sega's biggest star: Sonic the Hedgehog for their hugely unpopular Neo Geo Pocket here? Anyway the super fast blue rodent did make a rare appearance on NGPC and it was actually pretty good. Remember the awesome action game Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis? Well this game here features some of the levels based on that popular game and it has the better music of Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles as well. On top of that this rare Sonic title is packed with loads of different modes like time trials and puzzles that put the lame Game Gear versions to shame. This game also includes Battery back up to save your status like levels, time trials, and much more. Sonic Pocket Adventure is definitely a must own for the Neo Geo Pocket!

75 TURF MASTERS (SNK, 1999)
Another SNK classic returns to action and if you are looking for golf title for your Neo Geo PC, this is the only game out there. Fortunately, Turf Masters is easy to play, the action is quick, and the graphics and sounds are also incredible even in 2D. Although the game does have a few annoying features like awkward putting shots and the game play can be a little too quick, those are only minor complaints to a fine golfing title.
